A versatile 165 mm Santoku knife, designed for everyday use — suitable for slicing, dicing, and mincing.
The knife has a clean, geometric form with a handle made from bio-based resin, partly derived from vegetable waste.
The blade features a core steel hardened to 62 HRC, offering lasting sharpness and durability. Its balance point sits slightly forward of the handle, providing a natural grip and good control in use. The surface has a light sandblasted finish, complemented by an engraved nomi logo.
A functional and well-balanced kitchen knife, designed to be used — and to be left visible.
Care
Always use the knives with a secure grip and only for food preparation.
Use a wooden or plastic cutting board. Hard surfaces like glass, marble, or ceramic
can damage the edge.
Hand wash only. Harsh detergents and prolonged water exposure can cause the
steel to rust.
Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
Store safely in a knife block, a protective drawer insert, or on a magnetic knife strip.
Avoid storing knives loose in drawers to prevent dulling. A dull knife increases the
risk of slipping and injury.
