We offer shipping within the EU.

Orders are shipped with DHL. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination country and displayed at checkout.

In-stock items are normally dispatched from our warehouse within 1–4 business days. Made-to-order items and certain furniture pieces may require longer delivery times. Estimated delivery time is stated on each product page.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. For larger deliveries sent directly to your home, DHL will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Parcel deliveries to pickup points are notified via SMS, email or letter.

Please ensure that your contact and delivery information is entered correctly when placing your order. Tambur Store is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected in time, or due to incorrect name, address or contact details, a fee of SEK 300 including VAT will be charged.

The fee covers return shipping and administrative costs and will be deducted from the refunded amount once the return has arrived back at Tambur Store and the order has been cancelled.
