Lighting
Lighting is an incredibly important part of interior design, especially during the darker months of the year. It’s a good idea to divide the lighting in a room based on the different needs of each area. For example, general and task lighting are essential when cooking, but if the dining area is also located in the kitchen, you’ll likely want the light to be adjustable to a softer, warmer ambience for meals or relaxed evenings.
