CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. All orders are processed automatically, and once confirmed, no adjustments can be made.
If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new order.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, you are of course welcome to return it once received. For more information, please contact our customer service.
ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
When your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the shipping company’s website updates the tracking information.
