A 220 mm bread knife designed for clean and effortless slicing through crusty loaves, soft bread and tomatoes.
The knife features a clean, geometric silhouette with a bio-resin handle, partly made from vegetable waste.
The blade has a steel core hardened to 62 HRC, offering long-lasting sharpness and durability. Its deep serration creates the knife’s distinct geometric expression while allowing for precise slicing without crushing the ingredients.
A light sandblasted finish and engraved nomi logo complete the blade.

Care
Always use with a secure grip and only for food preparation.
Use a wooden or plastic cutting board. Hard surfaces such as glass, marble or ceramic may damage the blade edge.
Hand wash only. Strong detergents and prolonged contact with water may cause rust.
Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
Store the knife safely in a knife block, protective drawer insert or on a magnetic knife holder.
Avoid storing knives loose in drawers, as this may dull the blade. A dull knife increases the risk of slipping and injury.
