Lampshade 'Cono' in the fabric Torno from Swedish Astrid Textiles. The shade is handmade in a studio outside Eskilstuna, where the production of lampshades dates back to the 1940s, and the craft has been passed down from generation to generation.
The Torno fabric, manufactured in Italy, is a fantastic material made of wool and linen boucle, woven in jacquard with linen warp, providing an exciting structure. Tightly twisted mohair wool creates small loops or curls in the fabric, contributing to its unique character and delightful retro feeling. Astrid Textiles produces wonderful fabrics where environmental care is an essential part that characterizes both the quality and passion for the craft.
Our lamp collection includes two models of lamp bases, Tondo and Alto, along with two variants of lampshades, all available in a carefully selected range of irresistible colors and patterns. This creates endless possibilities for you to put your personal stamp on the lamp.
The lampshade fits the lamp bases Tondo and Alto. We recommend using an LED light bulb with warm light. This type of light source is both energy-efficient and gentle on the lampshade, while not creating shadows on it. A large/standard bulb suits the lamps best.
The price does not include the lamp base.
