San Mauro Pascoli is organic olive oil extracted from Correggiolo — the Etruscan olive found naturally on the hills between San Marino and Rimini.
The olives are picked by hand and pressed in a stone press within 24 hours after harvest. Virgin oil has a distinct taste of grass that is balanced by a mild, peppery aftertaste.
Good to drizzle over a salad, pasta, meat, or lightly cooked vegetables, such as broccoli, chard, asparagus, and fennel. Place on the table before dinner to dip a good piece of bread in. - Characteristics
