The handle, made of Swedish elmwood, is designed by BonniBonne and hand-turned by Björn Engqvist in Västernorrland, Sweden. The stainless steel planer is produced by Bjørklund.
The handle can advantageously be oiled for maintenance and reduce the risk of cracking. Handwash is recommended.
