Palette from Ateco. With the palette, you can easily spread whipped cream, buttercream, ganache, and jam on cakes or cupcakes. The thin stainless steel blade is flexible and helps you access it at all angles and corners.
The palette is also suitable like a kitchen turner utensil for thin pancakes, omelets, blinis, and pancake platters.
