Classic kitchen knife with a stainless steel blade and an olive wood handle. The knife blade has the traditional shape of a paring knife and is still produced in the same way as it was 100 years ago. This compact knife is perfect for small tasks like peeling onions and cutting vegetables.
History
Since the 17th century, knife-making has been a tradition in Solsona, northern Spain. The Pallarès company was founded in 1917 and has been the last remaining legacy of the famous knife makers in Solsona since the 1990s. The Pallarès Canal brothers quickly became known for their cheerful disposition and sharp knives. From the 1960s until the third generation took over in the early 2000s, the company was run by Lluís's children, Jesús and Juli Pallarès Moncunill.
