Hommage Grande Dining Table by Tre Sekel.
The table is designed by Matti Carlson. Hommage Grande Table was sketched with the round shape as a starting point and is made in massive oak where the round pillars gives the table a characteristic design. The inspiration came from Italy in the sixties and the Swedish craft tradition. Carlson wanted to combine italian elegance with a high-class Swedish craftsmanship and local production.
The massive oak is of local origin and the large oak table tob enables the table to, in case of wear, can be grinded and thereafter further inherited to coming generations. - Characteristics
